The buildings and goods production:
1st Stage of development:  The three products you can create as a novice alchemist are a can of paint, a bomb, and a potion of endurance. Paint is crucial for nearly all more advanced products of the alchemist. The first final products are Endurance potion and the Bomb. That Endurance potion is also excellent, apart from the sales on the market to begin with, helping to rise your own skills faster. The raw materials, lavender and jasmine, are collected by your employees around the town. You have to buy extra only iron, so, right from the start you need only hand cart for delivery, which is a lot better than in other occupations.  As the perfumer, to be successful in an alchemist profession, build a large camp fast. This is the most secure and  simplest way, how to collect the herbs in the summer and stock them for the winter months, in order to keep the production running. Remember to extend your storage area always to max! If you run out of the space, use the carts like temporary storage.

2nd Stage of development: Did you extend the business? Then you are pleased with the new products:  Dr. Faust's elixir  and the Pot grenade. Called  "Dr. Faust" in the town slang , this drink suppose to award something magical .  Failure occurred with some customers, but others  reporting a life-extending effect. Some fellow citizens, who had taken regularly Dr. Faust, outlive even theirs own children! I doubt, if one should take this that far?
The news about  Dr. Faust effect spread around and  behind our town borders. In many neighboring cities, high prices are offered, in order to come closer to the dream of the eternal life! So, don't be scare and start to trade this product abroad. 

3rd Stage of development: Now, when you operate the flag ship of the Alchemy, you  additionally can manufacture the Toad excrement=Stink bomb (shit) and Toad slime. They are not the nicest products to produce, but sometimes very effective with the competition. The Stink bomb/Toad excrement is still regarded  by many as  harmless joke, since the enterprise stays idle just for a certain period of time, in case someone "forgets"  this Toad mess laying around. On the other hand however, Toad slime will transfer malicious diseases. If infected by Toad gunk nobody should think his life will extends!

Final products of the alchemist and their effect:
Endurance potion: + 2 AP, can be used 1 time per round
Bomb: a weapon, which can be used only by thieves
Dr. Faust's elixir: Extends the life or fail to do. Many swear on;  it will work in the dusk! Applicable ones per round only.
Pot grenade: A weapon only for robbers
Toad slime: A biological assault, with high probability the opponent will get sick.
Toad excrement=Stink bomb : A kind of stink bomb, (yes, it's a "Stink Bomb!", the official name in English tranlation; but, if smell like a s#!t, you can call it by any name, it is still the s#!t... ). The victim (an enterprise) will have to stop the work for some time.
