- Instead of building a few all-purpose and expensive improvements, you have a big choice of many cheap, but efficient improvements.
- You gain all your raw materials from the market-place.
- If you drink some of your beers regulary nobody will ever thinks of kidnaping you. Cons:
- It takes some time to get the business started.
The Perfumer Pros:
- You have more workers available for hire.
- The most basic raw materials you need are dirt cheap and just need to collected in the forest.
- Using your products will increase your standing with other officials. Cons:

The Alchemist Pros:
